On October 19, 2019, Rema earned Next Rated and was a Viewer’s Choice nominee at the 13th annual The Headies. He received the Souncity MVP award for Best New Artist on January 12, 2020. Rema was a contender for Best Viewers’ Choice: Foreign Artist at the June 15, 2020, BET Awards. He was included in the nominations for the awards alongside Burna Boy and Wizkid, making them the sole Nigerian nominees for the 2020 edition.
Rema, a young and accomplished artist, has discovered himself mingling among Nigeria’s richest artists. He is among the wealthiest and most significant musicians in Nigeria. Based on his assets and endorsement deals, Rema’s net worth is expected to be $40 million by the year 2020.
